it was just like yesterday we were newly-joined students here in kranji. i still remember not knowing where to assemble, feeling quite lost. when i finally found the place, i was situated to sit beside YUBING. at first, i thought she was some kind of big bully judging by her size ;X so less communication was made. also then i realized that wenxse was gonna sit infront of me, feeling abit happier coz we're both from the same pri sch. slowly i got to know XUEMIN, who was diagonally infront of me.
i gathered at the canteen with fellow yewteeians, deciding on what to eat. My first though was, okay.. the food here is horrible, i've to survive for another four years. till now, i still have the same feeling. two prefects gave us a tour around the sch, one i know was ryan's brother. i felt that the campus was quite messy, but now i think that it's quite small and clearly stated blocks for different purposes.
we had icebreaking games in class and that's how we all get to know MS KOH :D I find her really really friendly and was comfortable with her. she grouped as up and i ended up with the same group as TRACY, SHUN EN, HONG LING, ANNA, RYAN and TAN JOH. everyone was seriously shy and dare not to speak up. hah, but SHUN EN took the first step and introduced herself. slowly we felt okay and of course, introduced ourselves. recalling, TAN JOH almost pissed everyone off when introducing himself. he had to repeat himself for about 7 or 8 times for us to get his name right coz he wasn't really pronouncing it clearly. but he really got my laughing. HONG LING then introduced our group to the class. and know and class jokers, being in the same group, both ALEX and TERSON. simply couldn't stop laughing and ended up with stomache.
we went out to the quadrangle to play games. Hare, hunter and idk what la. and i got to know XIN YING! she was damn steady, she chatted for us for quite awhile when MS KOH blew the whistle and we changed places. then MS KOH arranged our seating arrangement by height when i got suan-ed by ALEX for being the tallest in class. then i got to know JIN XIN. she was still in her pri sch uniform(: we exchanged blog urls and sch ended.
just one year going past, i changed to another person. from a shy and soft-spoken student to one out-going and brave girl. BHB xD it's true. i was afraid to speak up for myself at the start. now i'm not scared offending with what i say coz i know what i'm saying MAKES SENSE, so obviously i can simply beat those losers who are talking crap right from the start. so i can just get the person to shuddup within a few sentences(: friends, sure i have loadloads. far more than pri sch.
i've brave through endless challenges here, and will continue to face many upcoming ones in the near future. but i won't get knocked down by them. even so *touchwood*, i will just simply have to stand up and continue walking once more.
it doesn't matter how slowly you're walking, just as long you keep walking (:
now i believe what ms koh always said. secondary friends are the real friends you can keep for life. we're gonna spend four superawesome years tgt! so i'm so damn gonna treasure next year and work hard to strive to our goal with clique <3 now looking back, i never regretted choosing Kranji but better, i'm proud to be one.
